Owning Your Well-being
To own our well-being we need an integrated, science-based understanding. Only through owning our well-being can we build healthy futures.
This module shares what it means to be well, with practices that can help you cultivate your own well-being
How will you learn?
Engage with this vital topic through an exploration shaped by the enquiry question: How can we own and achieve a sustainable approach to well-being?
Each component, presented as a video, enables you pause and revisit your learning as and when you want. We invite you to share your thoughts, ideas and beliefs with others undertaking this module through our Cymbrogi Companions Network
What will you achieve?
In this module we will use hard science to discover what it means to be well, with practices that can help us cultivate our own well-being straight away. This module will enable you to reflect on what well-being is and how we can work towards a more sustainable approach to your own well-being. We will explore an integrated understanding of how we work, in order to be experts of our own well-being.
This module has been designed as the first stage in a four part process of Understand - Explore - Materialise - Reflect.
Stage Two, Explore (Available in early Spring 2021), provides a hands on opportunity to develop and practice owning your well-being and helping others to do the same.
